We want to give a big thank you to Jim Bob Rempel, Rodney Dunn, Dustyn Hoffman, Coach Sparks, the Robbins Family, the Bates Brothers, Hot Rod Farms, and Dunn Farms for their dedication to improving our softball field this summer. They painted the bleachers and backstop, pulled and reset anchors, laid down 56 tons of dirt, 5 tons of sand with 2 tons of brick chip on top, put in new pitching rubber and a new home plate, fertilized, sprayed for weeds, and top dressed the outfield!

Welcome back to another exciting year at Navajo! Please don't drop off students any earlier than 7:45AM. Our student parking lot is closed due to construction of the new Ag/Stem building so student drivers will need to park north of the new gym or in the parking lot around the indoor facility. Hope everyone has a great 1st day of school!

In Accordance with Oklahoma Senate Bill 139, and with the full support and approval of the Navajo Board of Education, our school is implementing a bell-to-bell policy forbidding students from using cellphones, and other personal electronic devices, during the school day. Please see the linked letter for more information, including exceptions. We want what's best for our students, and we, and the state legislature, believe that this is it.

Navajo Public Schools would like to thank the Altus Air Force for providing a $2000 grant for our STEM program. The funds will go toward enhancing our outdoor STEM classroom with rain water catching system, also know as rain harvesting. This will allow our native to Oklahoma plants to grow and will provide rainwater for many more outdoor classroom projects. Again thank you Altus Air Force.
